Estonian ID-card, Mobile-ID or e-Residency, as well as Latvian eID or Lithuanian Mobile-ID are suitable for using the system and confirming a transaction.<\/p>\n

A company purchase transaction can be carried out both in our office and remotely via the Internet without a personal appearance. Our specialists will prepare all the necessary documents and applications, the buyer will be required to provide his electronic signature.<\/p>\n

* Notarized sale (NOTAR)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Suitable for non-residents or those who do not have an electronic signature (a valid ID-card or Mobile-ID with passwords).<\/p>\n

Company purchase and sales transaction is made in a notary office in the presence of the buyer and the seller and is certified by a notary. We will book a convenient time to visit the notary and prepare all the necessary documents for the transaction.<\/p>\n
